Sparkle and Glitter challenge

May Freebie Contest at Sparkle and Glitter.  I love this image, perfect for a Mother's

out and play along. :)  This months image is "Paris Hi Fashion Hat lady".  

Here is my card using the image. I wanted to keep it simple but

elegant so I went with a black and white theme for colors. I added a 

feather to the hat that covers the feather in the image.  I also added some

gems for her ear rings and stickles for the buttons on her collar and 

of course a ribbon bow. :) 

I used a copic liner pen to darken some of them lines on the image

to make it stand out more.
